Information Needed For Pre-Approval

Buyers

Government issued photo identification (passport or driver’s license) this is required prior to accessing your credit bureau
letter of employment stating the following;

  • dated on employers’ letterhead
  • employment start date
  • position (job description) in the company
  • employment is permanent and full time (for hourly please state the hourly rate and guaranteed hours per week)
  • name and direct contact information of the individual who wrote the letter
  • most recent paystub

CRA Notices of Assessment for 2022 & 2021
CRA Statement of account (only if a balance owing is indicated on your Notice of Assessment)
2022 and 2021 T4s
90-day history of all funds for down payment via bank statements

Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act – signed consent form prior to activities such as credit assessment
